Everyone extremely overworked because every department runs on a skeleton crew. The people who work there are nice, but are covering basically 2 or 3 positions, this is sure to the owner who doesn't care about the quality of the education only money. If someone quits, they aren't replaced, so everyone works even harder to cover, no academic standards and literally every student is admitted.
The school is quite experimental and welcomes teachers with minimum teaching experience but we have to put up with a bunch of disrespectful and spoiled kids
