If you want to get some IB experience and live in a nice quiet residential area in Seoul, Dwight is fine. Very low salary compared to other int schools in Seoul and all in KRW (with the option of exchanging it with a shitty rate). HR is run by a local lady who is not friendly and will make things up that go against contracts. Multiple teachers there can confirm this.
Support for in and out of school PD, a large budget for supplies and field trips, overall intelligent co-workers, a light class schedule compared to other schools, and class sizes are very manageable. I would recommend this school to a new teacher looking to get experience but not planning to stay long term.
