Job Description

Highgate International School Thailand seeks a full-time Science teacher for its founding Senior School in Chonburi, starting 1 August 2027 on a fixed-term contract.

The teacher will develop and deliver a Key Stage 3 science curriculum spanning biology, chemistry and physics, build safe practical laboratory skills and promote scientific enquiry, data analysis and precise scientific communication. The role will establish progression towards IGCSE and A Level study.

Candidates need a relevant degree, secondary teaching qualification with QTS and at least three years of successful post-qualification experience. Strong KS3/KS4 science teaching and English National Curriculum knowledge are required; specialist KS5 experience is advantageous. Experience supporting multilingual pupils is expected. Appointment requires identity, qualification, employment-history and safeguarding checks.
